We strive to provide the utmost service possible as well as to only use replacement parts and materials of the highest quality. With this promise in mind, we provide a guarantee on all our repairs for a period of six months where if our previous repair is found to be incorrect due to faulty parts or oversight in workmanship, we will rectify at no extra cost to you.
We perform all repairs on site and we do not remove your appliance from your premises. Most of the time, the repair can be carried out on the first visit. This depends on the requirement of spare parts. If availability of spare but arises, the next visit is necessary, and at no extra cost to the final invoice. When the repair is completed, the appliance will be tested, ensuring that it’s restored to its working condition.
Call Out Fee
There is a standard call out fee of R400 for all suburbs that we cover. This only applies when the technician inspects your appliance and you decide not to go ahead with the repairs. If you ask us to proceed with the repairs, the call out fee does not apply and you are only charged for the repair.
